At Blank to Brand, every order is made with intention. Most of what we ship is custom produced, branded, printed, or sourced specifically for you. That means shipping timelines depend on what’s being made, how it’s being made, and where it’s going.

Here’s how it works.

Where We Ship

We currently ship across Canada.

Local pickup in Thunder Bay, Ontario may be available for certain orders. If pickup makes sense for your project, we’ll confirm it during the quote or order process.

Production Time Before Shipping

Most of our products are made to order.

Production timelines vary based on:

  • Product type

  • Order size

  • Customization method

  • Material sourcing

  • Current production volume

Typical production time ranges from 5 to 15 business days after artwork approval and payment confirmation.

Bulk orders, wholesale orders, and raw material sourcing projects may require additional time. You’ll receive a clear timeline before production starts.

If you have a deadline or event date, tell us upfront. We’ll let you know what’s realistic before anything moves forward.

Shipping Timeframes

Once production is complete, orders are shipped via trusted Canadian carriers.

Estimated shipping times:

  • Standard shipping within Canada: 2 to 7 business days

  • Remote or rural locations may take longer

Shipping times begin after production, not on the order date.

Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or circumstances outside our control are not guaranteed delivery failures.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Package size and weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Shipping speed selected

  • Carrier rates at the time of shipment

Shipping fees will be shown in your quote or at checkout where applicable.

Large, bulk, or palletized shipments may require custom freight pricing. These will be quoted separately.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email where available.

Tracking updates are managed by the carrier. If a tracking number shows delays or limited scans, that’s normal during transit and not a production issue.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before approving your order.

Blank to Brand is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by address changes after shipment

  • Packages marked delivered by the carrier

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will apply.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take photos immediately

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear images of the packaging and products

We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue when applicable.

Blank to Brand is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers once the order has left our facility, but we will assist where possible.

Rush Orders

Rush production or expedited shipping may be available for certain products.

Rush fees apply and are quoted case by case. Availability depends on production capacity and material sourcing.

Always ask before assuming it’s possible.
